Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Introduction
This policy applies to all bespoke joinery, carpentry, fitted furniture, staircases, installations, and renovation services provided by [Your Company Name] across the UK. We are committed to high-quality workmanship and fair treatment in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items
All our products and installations are custom-made to your individual specifications and are therefore non-standard items.
- Once production or work has commenced, bespoke items cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled under normal circumstances.
- This is because custom joinery, fitted furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and staircases cannot be reused or resold.
3. Faults, Damages & Non-Conformance
If any work or product is:
- Faulty or poorly finished
- Not fit for purpose
- Does not match the agreed specifications
we will resolve the issue at our cost by:
- Repairing the work free of charge
- Replacing defective parts or items
- Providing a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not appropriate
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of installation or completion.
4. Order Cancellation
- If you cancel before production or on-site work starts, we will refund your deposit minus any costs already incurred (such as materials ordered, design work, or site surveys).
- If you cancel once work or manufacturing has started, no refund will be provided unless the work is faulty or non-compliant.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of confirmation.
6. General
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements provided by you
- Cosmetic preferences that differ from original agreement
- Normal wear and tear after installation
