Delivery & Installation Policy

1. Lead Times (Production & Estimated Completion)
All our products are made-to-order to your exact specifications.
- Standard Joinery: Estimated lead time is 4–8 weeks from the date of order confirmation and deposit receipt. This includes kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and fitted furniture.
- Large-Scale Projects: Staircases, garden rooms, and full property renovations may have a lead time of 8–12 weeks or longer, as agreed in your formal quotation.
- Notification: We will provide you with a confirmed delivery date in writing. Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain delays, material shortages), delays may occur. We will notify you immediately if this happens and agree revised timelines.
2. Delivery Coverage & Costs
We offer delivery services to all locations in the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- Included in Quote: Standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses is included in your project quotation.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and certain remote postcodes may incur a supplementary delivery surcharge. This cost will be confirmed with you before any order is finalised.
- Delivery Attempts: We will make up to two delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or restricted access, a re-delivery fee may apply.
3. Delivery Process & Risk
- In-House Transport: All items are delivered by our trusted transport partners. We ensure your joinery is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you upon physical delivery to your address. However, we take full responsibility for any damage occurring during the delivery process and will rectify it at no cost.
4. Professional Installation Service
We provide fully insured, professional installation by our skilled in-house team of joiners.
- Included: Installation is included for all our bespoke products unless otherwise stated.
- Scope: Our installation service includes unboxing, assembly, fitting, and placement of the joinery. We also conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your specifications.
- Site Access: You must provide safe and clear access to the installation site (e.g., doorways, stairwells) on the agreed date. Please ensure the work area is clear of obstacles.
- Preparation: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the installation area is ready (e.g., water/electricity connected for kitchens, flooring prepared).
5. Cancellations & Postponement
- Cancellations: If you cancel your order before production commences, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. Once production has started, custom-made items are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty work or misrepresentation.
- Postponement: If you need to postpone your delivery/installation date, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, but a rescheduling fee may apply for last-minute changes.
6. Final Inspection & Warranty
Upon completion of the installation, we request that you inspect the work immediately.
- Reporting Faults: Notify us of any defects, damages, or issues within 7 days of installation. We will arrange a remedy (repair or replacement) as soon as possible.
- Guarantee: All installation work is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
